Brining bags are not the same as roasting or oven bags, which we use in cooking food in the oven. It is not recommended to use brining bags around any heat source because they are heat-sensitive. However, you can transport food items in those bags.

Notably, Brining bags are airtight bags used to submerge various types of vegetables and meat in a brine solution. The bags are typically transparent and made of rich plastic that can easily support the weight of a huge ham or chicken.

An oven bag, also known as a cooking bag or a roasting bag, is a bag that is used to roast meat or other foods in an oven. • Prepare meat for roasting and cut it into pieces if needed.
  • Prepare your roast mixture with the masala you like. Firstly, rub butter all around the skins of your oven to get the perfect texture. You can also add garlic, onion cinnamon, mace, peppercorns, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, and other masalas you like to create a spices paste. Now rub the paste in your roasting meat. Don’t forget of using salt anyway.
  • Now prepare your roasting bag by using flour in a little amount. Add some vegetables first to the bag.
  •  Put the mixed masala meat in the bag and tied it well. Put the bat on a pan. Cut slits five or six across the top of your bag to escape the steam. Finally, its time to put it in the oven for roasting.
  • For around 10 pounds of meat, cook it for around two hours. Now your delicious roast is ready to taste.
